Fed up of long wait for talking to MTNL costumer care executives. Even a little problem in our broadband connection scares us. Because even a little problem needs us to run after MTNL employees for getting it solved. Recently when I wanted to get my modem repaired, even after payment it took 7 days for them to get back to us with the status and another 3 days for my modem to be delivered back
